The bottom line and beyond: paying for NHS training in the 1990s

Abstract

Training will be increasingly important in the 1990s, but in a world of "flexible firms", internal markets and the hiving off of non-core activities it will be organised in new ways. John Edmonstone describes the likely changes, and advises on the marketing of training.
